A digestive-supportive, enzyme-rich smoothie designed to hydrate and replenish, with anti-inflammatory compounds and tropical antioxidants.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pea shoot microgreens

  • ½ cup pineapple chunks

  • ½ cup mango cubes

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • A few fresh mint leaves

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water (optional for blending)



Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Rinse pea shoot microgreens thoroughly.

Step 2: In a blender, add pineapple, mango, mint, and lemon juice.

Step 3: Toss in microgreens and pumpkin seeds. Add water or coconut water if needed.

Step 4: Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 5: Serve chilled, garnished with a mint sprig or slice of pineapple.
