Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. In your message, please include the following:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
Once we receive this information, we will evaluate the situation providing replacement for incorrect order and take appropriate steps for damaged product as necessary.
Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. If a replacement is required or requested, we will ship a new item to you at no additional cost.
