A creamy green elixir bursting with healthy fats, refreshing mint, and energy-boosting microgreens.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kale microgreens

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • ½ cup green grapes

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • ½ cup water or coconut water (optional for blending)



Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Wash the kale microgreens and mint leaves thoroughly.

Step 2: In a blender, combine avocado, green grapes, and lime juice.

Step 3: Add kale microgreens and flax seeds.

Step 4: Pour in water or coconut water if needed for blending.

Step 5: Blend until velvety smooth and serve fresh. Garnish with a mint sprig if desired.
