Ingredients:

  • 1 cup radish microgreens

  • ½ beetroot, peeled and chopped

  • 1 small carrot

  • ½ lemon, peeled

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger

  • 1 cup water or coconut water



Instructions:

Step 1: Wash all ingredients thoroughly.

Step 2: Add radish microgreens, beetroot, carrot, lemon, and ginger to a blender.

Step 3: Pour in water or coconut water, depending on your preference.

Step 4: Blend until smooth, then strain if desired for a lighter texture.

Step 5: Serve fresh. Best consumed on an empty stomach for optimal detox benefits.
