A skin-supportive, hydrating salad rich in enzymes, antioxidants, and vitamin-C ideal for improving glow, cooling the system, and supporting digestion.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sunflower microgreens

  • ½ mango, cubed

  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • A few fresh coriander leaves



Dressing:

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • A pinch of salt



Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: In a bowl, layer sunflower microgreens as your base.

Step 2: Add mango cubes, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, and torn coriander leaves.

Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and salt together.

Step 4: Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.

Step 5: Serve chilled for a refreshing, nutritious treat.
