A digestion-supportive, anti



-inflammatory salad rich in healthy fats and vitamin A, made from pungent brassica microgreens and gut-friendly ingredients.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup radish microgreens

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • ¼ avocado, sliced

  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts

  • A few fresh mint leaves



Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • ½ tsp jaggery powder

  • A pinch of crushed black pepper



Instructions:

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine radish microgreens, shredded carrots, avocado slices, roasted peanuts, and mint leaves.

Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, jaggery powder, and crushed black pepper until smooth.

Step 3: Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Step 4: Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh crunch and zing.
