Power Green Salad

A detoxifying, antioxidant-rich salad designed to support calcium absorption and metabolic balance, using cruciferous microgreens and nutrient-dense seeds.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli microgreens

  • ½ cup baby spinach

  • ¼ cup cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp paneer cubes (optional, for protein boost)


Dressing:

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • A pinch of pink salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper



Instructions:

Step 1: Gently wash and pat dry the broccoli microgreens and baby spinach.

Step 2: Combine greens with sliced cucumber in a large bowl.

Step 3: Add in sunflower seeds and paneer cubes if using.

Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, pink salt, and pepper.

Step 5: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.

Step 6: Serve immediately for maximum crunch and nutrition.
